Return & Exchange Policy

At Marvella Care, we are committed to your satisfaction and confidence in every skincare purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to make the return or exchange process easy — even for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • You request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
  • The item was purchased from www.marvellacare.com.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Used or opened skincare products
  • Products not in original condition
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Returns Process (For All Orders)

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email returns@marvellacare.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
  3. Send the product back to our return address using a trackable shipping method.

4. Additional Notes for COD Orders

  • For COD returns, we do not offer cash refunds.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit or discount voucher, redeemable on your next purchase.
  • Exchanges are allowed for COD orders after the return is verified.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue store credit — no extra cost to you.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be provided as store credit or a voucher.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We’re happy to assist with product exchanges if:

  • The new item is of equal or higher value (you’ll pay the difference).
  • The original item is returned in acceptable condition.
